When companies choose to support the mental health of their employees, there can be benefits all around. Project SMILE aims to help companies do just that.

NAMI of Racine County is one of only 43 NAMI affiliates from over 700 across the nation that received competitive grants from the NAMI Innovation Fund to improve workplace environments by helping companies recognize, understand and support the mental health needs of their most important asset: their employees.
