Book Club

We've started a book club focused on mental health-related books! Our first read is Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman.
It's a heartwarming novel about a socially awkward Scottish woman with a rigidly structured, lonely life who finds healing and connection through unexpected friendships, particularly with a kind IT guy from work, as she confronts a traumatic past and learns to embrace vulnerability and the messy beauty of human relationships.
We hope you can join us!
