Assists seniors and disabled adults who have been denied such benefits as Medicare, Medicaid, FoodShare, SSI and Social Security. Provides Advocacy and counseling on a selected basis for other non-legal issues. Call the ADRC for a referral to the program. |

Lifeline & Link Up |
Lifeline and Link-Up are two Wisconsin Universal Service Fund programs that make essential telecommunications more affordable for low-income households. All telephone companies that provide local residential service in Wisconsin are required to offer these two programs to their residential customers.
You can receive Lifeline discounts on only one telephone number - either wireless or wire-line but not both - per household. |

Programs that provide employment opportunity for people who are searching for jobs; assist people who are able and willing to work by helping them prepare for, find, secure, and retain suitable employment; provide work site evaluation and/or modification support; and/or seek to develop employment opportunities in various fields for people who need a position.

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) assists individuals with disabilities to obtain, retain, or advance in employment. If you have a disability and are motivated to work, the resources available through DVR may help you achieve your employment goals. To apply for DVR services, you can request an application online or pick up an application at Workforce Development Center (WDC) Reception areas. Once DVR received your completed application, you will be invited to attend a meeting designed to provide you with all the information you need to know to move forward with the vocational rehabilitation process.
